Xinfa Polyurethane Sieve Plate sometimes called XinfaPU Vibrating Screens, which Used in separating stuff, were researched from 1989, and got the National patent(ZL92 2 18879.3), golden prize in China Fair in 1992.
XinfaPU screens are widely used in Mine metallurgy Industry, pharmaceutical industry, grain industry and other using mechanical sifter, Crushing & Culling Machine industry. It adopts the principle of vibration to realize the sieving of plenty of raw materials.
XinfaPU Screen is highly effective and widely used in the world. More than 50% of products were exported to more than 20 countries and regions, such as Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Southeast of Asia with Crushing & Culling Machines. Others were used in China Main huge Construction Projects, such as Changjiang Sanxia Water Conservancy, which is the Largest Project of Water Conservancy Canter in the World, and some big metallurgy companies in China.
XinFaPU screens were made of Polyurethane (PU), which is a macromolecule material. Before it, a lot of screens were produced in various types of rubber, stainless steel, high-tensile wire, perforated plate. Mr. ZHUANG Marlin, the founder of XinfaPU company, did much research in it, and compared these materials with Polyurethane, concluded that Polyurethane material has more advantages than these materials in practices using. On old vibrating screens the stainless sieve plates were utilized. Because of its large working area (12m2), limited thickness (7mm), and high modulus of elasticity it generates high noise when it excited by chute impact at the metal sieve plate, and materials jump forward along the sieve plate. The polyurethane was selected as sieve plate material for a new screen. Polyurethane is a kind of new macromolecule material, which is called the “king of rubber”. Polyurethane is wear resistant, non-corrosive, shockproof, and flame resistant. Therefore, it is widely used to fabricate the tires of automobiles, soles of shoes, tracks of athletic fields, and so on. The whole sieve plate is built up with one or more than one polyurethane sieve plates. Some of sieve plates have the metal framework inside.

Self clean - Polyurethane elastomer has the special ability in double vibration. Especially used in screen out materials, it generates vibration two times, makes the PU screen have the ability in self cleaning, and raises screening efficiency highly.
